Wendys Ice Cream: Customer Caught Employee Eating From Frosty Machine (PHOTO)

Yet another photo has surfaced of a fast-food employee doing something inappropriate and unsanitary at work. A Reddit user posted a photo on the site of a Wendy's employee chugging ice cream right out of the machine. The photo was captioned "I was going to buy a frosty from Wendys until I saw the employee do this."

Bob Bertini, a spokesperson for Wendy's told The Huffington Post that if the photo is real it is "totally inexcusable" adding "we're investigating and will take action."

According to the New York Daily News, Bertini said the employee in the photo is "no longer with the restaurant."

He told the newspaper Wendy's is not entirely sure when the photo was taken but believe in happened in May.

This photo comes shortly after a California Taco Bell employee was fired earlier this month after a photo surfaced of him licking a stack of taco shells. In a statement on their website Taco Bell said: "Our franchise is responsible for the employment and conduct of his restaurant's employees and he has informed us that he immediately suspended the employee shown in the photo and is in the process of terminating his employment."

According to the Huffington Post, the company said that the photo had originated in March, when two workers took the photo to enter in a contest that was intended to show employees enjoying new product, the Cool Ranch Doritos-flavored tacos. They added that the employees knew the photo was inappropriate and violated their terms and did not submit it but decided to post the photo on Facebook.

They also said the shells were products being used training and were never served to customers but reflected badly on the company.
