NHL: Boston Bruins vs. Minnesota Wild; LIVE STREAM Info And Preview

The Minnesota Wild (16-12-1) and Boston Bruins (15-13-3) face off tonight in a matchup of a couple of Cup-contending teams currently facing difficult season stretches.

You can catch the game LIVE ONLINE HERE.

Wednesday night's game will mark the second meeting between these two teams - the Bruins were able to escape with a 4-3 win at home on Oct. 28.

The Bruins, suffering from a lack of scoring thus far this season - they're 22nd in the league in goals per game - have lost their last three games, the most recent a 3-2 shootout loss at the hands of the Nashville Predators on Tuesday night.

They're currently in 6th in the Atlantic Division.

The Bruins, who recently saw the return of captain and towering behemoth, defenseman Zdeno Chara, are 1-4-0 against Western Conference teams this season. Tonight's game against the Wild will mark the second of a three-game road swing against Western teams.

The Wild managed to rally back from a 3-1 deficit against the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday night before again surrendering the lead late via a Patrick Kane goal and eventually succumbing to a 5-3 defeat.

They're now 5-4-1 in their last 10 games.

Unfortunately, the Wild may be one of the teams suffering from the NHL's recent mumps outbreak, as both of their goalies, Darcy Kuemper and Niklas Bakstrom may be unable to man the pipes tonight due to an as-of-yet undisclosed "illness."

Kuemper was slated to start against Boston but was scratched late Tuesday. Bakstrom took his place against the Blackhawks, but is apparently suffering the same symptoms.

John Curry, netminder for the Wild's AHL affiliate, Iowa Wild, started a game Tuesday night but was pulled after the second period. The Wild may be recalling him for Wednesday's game.

Curry has started for the Wild once before in his career - a 3-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues last season in which he made 43 saves.

For Boston, Tuukka Rask made 38 saves against Nashville on Tuesday night, so the team may opt to go with Niklas Svedberg in net.
