Lucy Hale Cancels Winter Tour Due To Vocal Strain

On-the-rise country music singer and "Pretty Little Liars" actress Lucy Hale announced Dec. 19 that due to a recent strain on her vocal cords, her upcoming run of tour dates in early 2015 would be cancelled.

"I am devastated that I can't be out performing for my fans who have been incredibly supportive," Hale said, "but I have been advised not to embark on a tour at this time. You know I hate letting y'all down and thank you for your understanding."

The Road Between Tour was set to kick off on Jan. 29 in Boston, Massachusetts, and had already sold out in New York City, according to a press release. The tour was to support her debut album, "Road Between," featuring her hit songs "You Sound Good To Me" and "Lie A Little Better."

In addition to her music, Hale has been really busy on "Pretty Little Liars" in her role as Aria Montgomery, a teenager with a lot of secrets. She says the popular series has been picked up for another two seasons.

Ticket holders should contact their point of purchase outlet for refund information.
