In a strange turn of events it has been revealed that retired actress Amanda Bynes has been allegedly "punking" the world. According to Jonathan Jaxson, Bynes' publicist friend, her crazy tweets have all been a publicity stunt to gain more Twitter followers and fame.
Jaxson, who has been extremely vocal about his friend's erratic behavior, posted a series of tweets on his Twitter page and included screenshots of text messages he received from Bynes confessing that this has been a part of her plan. In the text messages Bynes assures him that she knows what she is doing and that all of her "acting out" has gotten her so much attention which is what she wanted.
In one tweet he said: "Sooo @AmandaBynes has told me tonight that she has been 'acting' this entire time on Twitter to get attention as she prepares for next movie!"
He went on to tweet that he felt like he needed to share the text messages because so many people have been worried about the "Easy A" star.
Jaxson did a radio interview with "The Ace & TJ" show where he again said Bynes' Twitter rants have all been an act.
"Maybe she did have an 'aha' moment and is like let's blame this all on an act now," he said during the interview adding that her revelation has left him really confused because she has been so back and forth. One minute Bynes is bashing celebrities and the next she is apologizing.
"If you're going to quote on quote punk the world, let me put it out there," Jaxson said. "I'm not going to have you continue to call me and worry me and make me anxious and not just me but the whole world. It's a lot of people that truly care and are worried."
Bynes has not responded to any of Jaxson's claims but did tweet an apology to rapper Drake. Recently she has been attacking the "Headlines" rapper calling him ugly but apparently had a change of heart.
"I'm sorry about the tweets I said about @Drake. I didn't mean what I said. I hope to become friends with him instead of smashing him!" she tweeted.
She also had a change of pace in her tweets and began tweeting love advice to her two million followers.
"You know you're in love with someone when you don't want to go a minute without talking to them or seeing them," she tweeted. She followed the tweet up by adding "Everybody's made for someone. You're lucky if you find them or they find you."
Do you believe Amanda Bynes has been acting out as a publicity stunt?
