Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor" hasn't even started yet but the sexy farmer has already said that the process worked. That means Soules has found love with one of the lucky ladies. During an interview with People magazine, the 33-year-old farmer dished on his upcoming season and admitted that at first it was nerve-racking to meet 30 gorgeous women that first day.
"I was going in completely open-minded and there were so many great girls... the quality of women was pretty amazing," Soules said.
Of course, the "Bachelor" didn't want to give away too many details but said that some of his dates included camping and zombie fighting. Soules explained that he needed "to see if they could handle it." After all, life on the farm can be tough, right?
"It's not really a show for roughing it. Generally speaking, the girls are living in a mansion and there's this whole reputation of extravagant, amazing dates," he said.
Before becoming the Season 19 "Bachelor," Soules competed on Andi Dorfman's season of "The Bachelorette." He made it pretty far in the competition but was ultimately sent home because Dorfman, a district attorney from Atlanta, couldn't imagine trading in the city life for farm life.
"[With] Andi, it was always kind of the elephant in the room that we didn't really talk about until it came right down to it," he said. "My goal in being the 'Bachelor' was to find someone I first could just fall in love with and think and hope and believe she is my soulmate... compromise is the next thing to focus on."
So did the process work?
"I am happy I did it," Soules told People. "I don't think I could get through that again, [but] I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I'm happy to say I'm in love. That's pretty crazy!"
Back in November Reality Steve revealed the outcome of "The Bachelor" and reported that Soules is currently engaged to the Season 19 winner. You can check out that major spoiler here.
