McDonald's Customer Pulls Out Gun Over Missing Cheeseburger

A man at a Tennessee McDonald's pulled a gun on restaurant workers after becoming enraged over a missing cheeseburger, police said.

Demetri Johnson, of Nashville, went to his local McDonald's drive-thru last Thursday, received his food after placing his order and drove off, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said, according to USA Today.

But the 21-year-old drove back to the drive-thru and complained that a McDouble cheeseburger was missing from his order. A McDonald's manager told him he would bring out the missing burger, police said.

After waiting a few minutes, Johnson allegedly walked into the restaurant with a pistol in his hand, racked it and demanded his order be fixed.

"He and the three women with him also demanded fresh fries and new soft drinks," police said, according to The Smoking Gun. The party received their order and left. No injuries were reported in the incident.

Authorities are now seeking Johnson on charges of aggravated assault.
