Dustin Diamond AKA Screech Arrested For Reckless Behavior With A Switchblade

The bell can't save Screech now. Dustin Diamond has found himself locked behind bars.

Police arrested the former "Saved by the Bell" star early Friday morning following an alleged altercation in a Wisconsin bar, according to TMZ. Diamond allegedly was wielding a switchblade.

Diamond faces charges for possession of a switchblade, first-degree recklessly endangering safety and carrying a concealed weapon, according to Fox 6 News out of Milwaukee. Details remain unclear about what led to his arrest.

The 37-year-old actor has not posted his one thousand dollar bond, and remains in custody. He's scheduled to appear in an Ozaukee County Court at 1:30 p.m. CT on Friday, Dec. 26.

Diamond recently served as executive producer on the Lifetime Original Movie "The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story," based loosely on his book, "Behind the Bell." He also appeared last year on "Celebrity Big Brother."
