It seems that Taylor Swift is fascinated--perhaps obsessed--with the American Wild West. It also seems that Swift is fascinated--perhaps obsessed--with the Golden Age of Hollywood star Barbara Stanwyck. So, when the pop/rock songstress got the chance to buy a Wild West-style saloon piano made famous by the iconic actress, she jumped at the chance.
"Taylor is obsessed by the Wild West and the piano was played by Barbara in one of Taylor's favorite films," a source said, according to the Daily Mail.
The "Blank Space" singer shelled out more than $20,000 for the piano, and she already has a spot picked out for it in a special room inside her Rhode Island mansion.
"She wants her room to include a fully stocked bar, a long table and the piano in the corner," added the source, the Daily Mail reported.
The pop star's album "1989" racked up a record-breaking 1.3 million copies sold during its first week of release.
