Zoe Saldana capped off a phenomenal year with the birth of her twin boys.
Saldana made the birth announcement via her Twitter on Jan. 2. The two boys are the first kids for both her and husband Marco Perego.
"Happy #2015! Starting our #NewYear with a full house. Our boys are finally here! Thank U 4 all the beautiful wishes!" the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star tweeted along with a photo of matching baby bottles.
She also shared the names of her sons in another post to her Instagram.
"Our boys CY and BOWIE are finally here. #marcoperego and I wanted to thank you for your beautiful wishes and for your patience," Saldana wrote in the caption.
The 36-year-old actress formerly addressed her pregnancy during her video for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in August. Her "Crossroads" co-star Britney Spears first let spill that Saldana would welcome twins in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in September.
Spears was asked if she would ever shoot another movie with Saldana and she replied, "Who knows? That's a very good idea. But she's pregnant with twins right now. So I'm sure she's got a huge future ahead of her."
Saldana also shared possible baby names while appearing on "The Ellen Show," none of which were Cy and Bowie.
"My husband is very Italian and I'm very Latina so every day we have messages from our parents, 'Oh it should be Rocko, Giovanni, Luigi, Antonio Ramon Jose.' And you're like, 'Oh my god, people chill, chill,'" she joked. "We're kind of hippie... we just want them to be healthy."
Saldana will next star as Nina Simone in the biopic "Nina."
