Don't mess with Olivier Martinez.
The French actor reportedly got into a scuffle with paparazzi after they surrounded him at the LAX airport, TMZ reported. Martinez arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at 1:45 on Sunday with his wife, Halle Berry, and their children - six-year-old daughter Nahla and one-year-old son Maceo - following behind.
The family was swarmed by photographers while walking to their car, but later "required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos."
"The male celebrity was carrying an empty baby car seat in his arms and reportedly shoved it against the contract airport employee causing him to fall backwards," the LAX Police said, according to ET Online.
"The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. Airport Police took a report for battery and the family continued with their travel plans."
No arrests were made and the name of the alleged victim has not been released, TMZ reported. Martinez and Berry were returning home after spending the holidays in Paris.
