'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Camille Grammer Celebrates Being One Year Cancer-Free (TWEETS)

Camille Grammer is celebrating a special milestone. The 46-year-old former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star announced on Twitter Saturday that she has been cancer-free for one year.

"This is a very special day for me," she tweeted. "A year ago today I finished my Cancer treatment at MD Anderson and Rang The Bell. One year in Remission.''

In 2013, the actress and TV personality was diagnosed with an early stage of endometrial cancer and underwent chemotherapy in June. The reality star spoke to E! News exclusively about her plans for the New Year.

"It's an amazing start to the new year," she told E! News. "I'm reaching milestones all the time and just trying to get myself back. With cancer, you never really feel like you're in the clear but I feel good and I have a sense that things are going to be OK. I'm relieved, I'm happy and I feel blessed."

To celebrate her anniversary, Grammer, who has two children - 13-year-old Mason and 10-year-old Jude - with ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, enjoyed a vacation in Hawaii.

"Last year, I was too sick from the chemo to celebrate New Year's Eve," Grammer shared. "This year, I went to two parties. It was the best New Year's I've had in years. There was a lot of hugs and dancing."

She added, "Overall, I'm happy. I'm fulfilled and I'm in a great place in life. I'm so happy I could show my daughter what it is to be a strong woman."
