Second chances are typically hard to come by in the NFL. That's why Terrelle Pryor is working so hard to get one.
Pryor did not play in the NFL at all this season after being released by the Seattle Seahawks towards the end of training camp. Despite his flameout with the Oakland Raiders and Seattle's lack of interest, the former Ohio State quarterback isn't giving up. It's a good thing too, because his next opportunity may be coming soon.
Pryor worked out for the Kansas City Chiefs (at the QB position) earlier today, according to ProFootballTalk.com. There had been some talk earlier in his career of a possible position change, but it seems as if Kansas City's interest in him is still as a signal-caller.
If the Chiefs were to sign Pryor, he'd likely fight with Chase Daniel for the backup quarterback spot behind Alex Smith.
Pryor completed 52 percent of his passes and threw for 302 yards with nine touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 14 games with the Oakland Raiders. He also rushed 93 times for 627 yards (6.7 yards per carry average) and three touchdowns during that span.
