Robert Downey Jr., Taylor Swift and the CBS comedy "The Big Bang Theory" walked away with multiple awards at the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday evening.
"Mom" stars Anna Faris and Allison Janney co-hosted the ceremony at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, which aired live on CBS. Fans voted in almost 60 categories to show their favorites how much they love their performances in movies, television and music.
Fans crowned Downey both their Favorite Movie Actor and Favorite Dramatic Movie Actor. The 49-year-old actor produced and starred in "The Judge" last year and made a brief appearance in his "Iron Man" director Jon Favreau's new movie "Chef."
Swift took home three awards thanks to the success of her latest album, "1989." Her song "Shake It Off" won "Favorite Song" on the night.
CBS saw the love for their hit comedy "The Big Bang Theory" collecting Favorite TV Show and Favorite Network TV Comedy. The show's star actress Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting also received the award for favorite TV comedic actress.
On the drama side of television, "Grey's Anatomy" cleaned up with four awards including one for Favorite Network TV Drama and individual recognition for cast members Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey and Sandra Oh.
Ben Affleck received the special award as Favorite Humanitarian. The future Batman acted humble during his acceptance speech giving great credit to the people he's worked with in places like the Congo and who he believes "are far more deserving."
