Although there has been much speculation over the name of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new baby girl, US Weekly reports that her name "definitely does not start with a K," despite rumored names beginning with the Kardashian clan's favorite letter.
"They're not quite ready to announce the name yet," a source close to the celebrity couple told US Weekly. "But the name definitely does not start with a K, despite all the rumors that have been out." Some reports have claimed that the baby's name is Kaidence Donda West, the rumored middle name a nod to West's late mother, Dr. Donda West. There is no word yet on whether or not the baby will be named after West's mother.
"Everybody is doing great," the insider added. "The baby is so sweet. Kanye is in love. Kim's real due date was July 12 - Kanye's mom's birthday. That warmed his heart."
Kardashian's baby was born five weeks early on June 15 due to complications, but mother and daughter are reportedly healthy and doing very well. The name of the new baby has been a hot topic even before she gave birth, with fans and the media speculating on which "K" name Kardashian and West would give to their daughter, but it looks like these two have decided to go a different route.
West and the Kardashians have not yet announced the name of the baby girl, but promise to "when the time is right." The celebrity baby was assumed to have a "K" name following the tradition of the Kardashian family: mom Kim, grandma Kris Jenner, and aunts Khloe, Kendall, Kylie, and Kourtney, not to mention father Kanye, who happens to fit into the "K" line.
"I cannot even begin 2 describe the miracle that is now a part of our family," Khloe Kardashian tweeted recently. "Mommy/baby are healthy & resting. We appreciate all the love."
