Miley Cyrus Slams Paparazzi For Pregnancy Rumor: 'I'm F**king Sick, You B**ch" (SEE IT)

After being bombarded by paparazzi after leaving a Beverly Hills doctor's office late last night, pop star Miley Cyrus was asked by a female paparazzi, "Are you pregnant?," E! News reports. The singer snapped in response: "No, I'm f**ing sick, you b**ch."

A source told E! News that the Miley Cyrus "has been diagnosed with laryngitis and is resting her voice." Yesterday evening, Cyrus tweeted: "Sick #iwantmymommy."

Cyrus recently released her provocative new music for her latest single, "We Can't Stop," featuring a wild night out with friends that includes some controversial imagery, including scenes of her "twerking" and flashing a pair of gold grills. Some critics have praised her bold new sound and departure from her Disney image, while others (including critics at Jezebel) are accusing the 20-year old star of using black women as props and appropriating black culture.

Songwriter Timothy Thomas told Vibe that Cyrus wanted a "black" sound for her new music. "When you listen to the Miley Cyrus record that we did, it's not ratchet but it definitely has a lot of urban feel to it," Thomas said. "She was like, 'I want urban, I just want something that just feels Black."

The track "We Can't Stop" was originally written for Rihanna, but wound up finding it's way to Cyrus for her fourth studio album. After leaving Disney's Hollywood Records, Cyrus signed to RCA.

Despite difference of opinion surrounding the new video, a source close to Cyrus recently told HollywoodLife that the star is very proud of her latest work. "Miley is so proud of her video, she loves how it turned out. She was really involved with it from start to finish so the whole thing is very personal for her," said the source. "She pretty much expects to have haters because it's so different from anything she's done in the past, but haters just make her stronger - she's used to it by now.

"When she heard this song, what made her connect to this song is it reminded her of a specific party, a specific party where she was at. She's saying real stuff. It's all real. So it's not like her trying to force anything or anything like that. It's like speaking from experience. It's like a point-of-view record."
