Montana Police Officer is Reduced to Tears After Fatally Shooting Unarmed Black Man (WATCH)

A Billings, Mont. police officer's fatal shooting of an unarmed black man went public following a jury's recent release of the video according to Yahoo.

"I thought he was going to pull a gun on me," Billings Police Officer Grant Morrison told another officer after the incident. "Maybe he was, maybe he was," the other officer said as he comforted his fellow comrade on top of his police cruiser. "Jesus, Grant. You survived." The man was reportedly under the influence of methamphetamine, based on autopsy results Yahoo news reported.

A jury said the April 14 incident was noncriminal and a justified homicide The Los Angeles Times reported. Morrison most likely won't be charged in the case.

The officer reportedly shot 38-year-old RIchard Ramirez three times in the chest when he saw the backseat passenger move his hand toward his waistband after ordering him and others to raise their hands in the air during a traffic stop.

Morrison also noticed Ramirez from another drug-related shooting.

Morrison, a five-year veteran of the Billings, Police Department, also ended another man's life after he went for what turned out to be a BB gun in a similar incident, according to the Associated Press.
