Even though Miley Cyrus is currently engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, rumors have been circulating through the media that there is something going on between Cyrus and pop star Justin Bieber, and according to an OK! magazine source, Bieber would "do anything" to date her, EntertainmentWise reports.
Earlier this month the two stars were spotted looking very flirty and "dirty dancing" together at a club, but Cyrus insisted to Washington D.C.'s Hot 99.5 radio station that any hook-up rumors were "impossible" and there was nothing going on between them.
"I won't even entertain that thought," said Cyrus. "I think it's all so sad, that I don't want to add any fuel to that fire. Because it's really so sad to me."
However, new insider reports claim that Bieber is still interested in the former Disney star.
"There is sexual tension. Justin would do anything to hook up with Miley," the source said to OK! magazine. "He figures they could be the king and queen of young Hollywood."
Cyrus recently released a music video for her single "We Can't Stop," drawing mixed reviews and a bit of controversy from fans and critics alike. She and fiancé Hemsworth have been on the rocks lately, and were only recently spotted in their first public outing together in five months.
According to People, Hemsworth even had a special engagement ring created for Cyrus, a "3.5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring, handcrafted in 18-karat gold with intricately carved diamond floral motifs in an art nouveau pattern."
But according to OK!'s insider, Bieber isn't fazed by Cyrus and Hemworth's relationship. "Miley's house is a party house. [People come and go] all day long. But I haven't seen Liam in a while," the insider said. "I know she says she is still engaged, but it doesn't seem like it. Liam goes to the gym and then to a friend's house, not back to Miley's."
The source even insinuated that Cyrus's "dirty dancing" with Bieber was an attempt to make her fiancé jealous. "She may be trying to make Liam jealous by hanging all over Bieber," they said. "She's a giant flirt. And she uses that to her advantage."
