A man tackled another patron to the ground at a Florida Walmart after he noticed a gun on him, and believed he might start shooting it in the store.
62-year-old Clarence Daniels entered the store and was then tackled by Michael Foster according to the Independent Journal Review.
Foster made the citizen's arrest, but Hillsborough, Fla. police then cuffed him because he didn't dial 911, notify security officers and harassed a man with a legal firearm at the store according to television station My Fox Tampa Bay.
Foster pushes Daniels to the ground in the recently released footage and continues to hold him because he thinks Daniels is a harm to society.
Other store-goers assist Foster with the endeavor even confiscating the gun that Daniels reportedly had tucked in his shirt until he finds out that it was legal.
Foster was charged with one count of battery after security officers who eventually arrived on scene, kept him and Daniels in custody until police arrived. The law enforcement officials then arrested Foster upon proving that his victim had a legal gun, and a license to carry the concealed firearm.
Daniels also reportedly told Foster that the weapon was legal during the incident.
