Andy Murray meets Yen-Hsun Lu on Wednesday in the second round of the 2013 Wimbledon Championships. It's the second match on Court 1, which starts at approximately 10:30 a.m. ET. Tune in to ESPN or watch the live stream HERE.
Murray and Lu have met twice before, BBC reports. Murray defeated Taiwan's world No. 75 in March, but lost in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
"I learnt a lot from that match," Murray told reporters. "It was one of the toughest losses of my career, and I don't plan to repeat the experience on Wednesday."
Lu, 29, defeated James Ward in four sets in the opening round, and he made it to the Wimbledon quarterfinals once.
Murray isn't looking ahead, despite Rafael Nadal now missing on his side of the draw.
"It's pretty irrelevant right now," Murray said. "I would have to win at least four more matches before that would even become something I would think about."
Murray, who has never won Wimbledon, is the favorite to win.
The 26-year-old Scot was a Wimbledon finalist in 2012. He further explained to BBC his experience of losing to Lu in the Olympics and how it affected him.
"I was so excited to play in the Olympics and be part of it that I was doing a lot of media," Murray said. "I was going to the opening ceremony, I was trying to speak to all of the athletes and take pictures with them, I was collecting the pins from each team - I was loving being part of it.
"But when I lost, I thought, 'Why was I doing all that stuff? I'm here to win matches, I'm not here to collect pins.' I loved going to the opening ceremony but had to think, 'Is that the best thing for my preparation?'"
Murray could potentially meet Wilfried-Jo Tsonga in the quarterfinals.
