There could be trouble in paradise for Halle Berry and her husband Olivier Martinez.
The 48-year-old "Catwoman" actress is threatening to leave her husband of nearly two years if he does not receive counseling for his alleged anger issues, the National Enquirer reported.
The reports of the divorce stem from the couple's Jan. 4 incident at LAX airport in which Martinez was caught on video knocking over an airport employee with a car seat meant for his one-year-old son, Mateo.
"The male celebrity was carrying an empty baby car seat in his arms and reportedly shoved it against the contract airport employee causing him to fall backwards," the LAX Police said at the time of the incident, according to ET Online.
"The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. Airport Police took a report for battery and the family continued with their travel plans."
A source close to Berry said that the actress has grown tired of Martinez's antics and public outbursts. She is reportedly demanding that Martinez seek counseling or move out of the couple's California home.
"I think she'll leave if Olivier doesn't clean up his act," a source told the National Enquirer. "The incident embarrassed her. Halle is telling friends she worries that Olivier's runaway temper could put her kids at risk."
This isn't the first time Martinez has been called out for his anger. In November 2012, the French actor was involved in a physical altercation with Gabriel Aubry, who is the father of Berry's six-year-old daughter, Nahla.
"Halle sort of understood two men getting riled up over a woman, but the situation at the airport frightened her," a friend told the magazine. "Gabriel fought Olivier's plan to return to his native France because he didn't want Nahla moving to another country."
