Lindsay Lohan may not be a totally free bird just yet: The troubled actress is coming under investigation by the court for the community service she was required to complete as part of her 2012 reckless driving conviction, Entertainment Wise reported on Wednesday.
Lohan reported submitted the paperwork to prove that she finished her 240 hours, but Santa Monica Deputy City Attorney Terry White has allegedly said there were suspicious activities in the community service she completed in London that counted towards her case.
White received Lohan's letter of completion from London just hours before her hearing on Wednesday morning. Her lawyer insisted that she had done everything the courts have asked of her.
But some of the tasks she completed for her sentence raised red flags: including meet-and-greets with fans at a theater company she worked at and "work experience shadowing."
"If this was Lindsay Smith, nobody would allow this," White said. "I'd love to hang out with a celebrity all day and see their life, but this is not community service."
The judge also questioned how the 28-year-old star was able to finish 10 hours of work while being stricken with a virus she caught in Bora Bora around Christmas.
Lohan was also spotted partying at a club called Le Titty Twister in Paris on Monday, Radar Online reported.
