Apple iPhone 5S Update: Photos of iPhone 5S Batteries Leaked from Production

New photos are claiming to show what seems like an assembly line of batteries meant for Apple’s leading product, the iPhone. The pictures also show that a large-scale production of smart phones will start in the near future.

The pictures were released on Friday by online journal Nowhereelse.fr, and this was the most recent in a series of leaks that are claiming to reveal works from what is purported to be iPhone 5S. Apple is rumored to blastoff the new product either in September or October this year, just a year after the release of iPhone 5.

The newest leakage is supposed to be displaying batteries that were made for the iPhone 5S, but have not yet been attached with a suitable connector. The batteries were not labeled, therefore any information regarding voltage and capacity is still difficult to tell.

Although the batteries seem to be around the same dimension and size as of the current iPhone 5’s batteries, it is still not possible to measure the legitimacy of the photos. The batteries could be made for countless other devices.

Conversely, new information about parts is leaking, claiming that it is for the next iPhone. It also reveals that suppliers are ramping on the provision for full-scale manufacturing of the devices. Until today, disclosed information are suggesting that the components for the next flagship iPhone will only have a minor additions and modifications from its predecessor.

It is also expected that the iPhone 5S will mostly follow the same design as what the iPhone 5 currently has. The obvious changes would be the new external dual LED camera flash for better low-light photos. The same details were confirmed with leaked designs announced via Appleinsider this month.

One of the mysteries surrounding the next iPhone 5S is the rumored fingerprint sensor. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that iPhone will have that feature; however, none of the leaked hardware information has been confirmed true.
