Channing Tatum Cried During Daughter's Birth

Channing Tatum maybe a G.I. Joe on screen but when it came to the birth of his daughter, Tatum was a emotional mess during the delivery.

According to Us Weekly, when Tatum was on "Chelsea Lately," he revealed some details about the birth of his daughter, even admitting that he was tearful during the experience.

"I probably went to the bathroom four times and had a crying fit," he said. "Like, I'm just like, 'I don't know what to do!'"

Following the experience his wife went though, the 33-year old gave his wife a ton of respect.

"There is a real reason why God did not give, like, [guys] this ability to have babies," the actor said. "Because we would not be able to do it. You guys, I don't know how you do it. It's a real thing. It's like National Geographic animal-style, for real. I don't get it."

Tatum witnessed his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, experience some intense pain and the worse part was he could not do anything to stop it.

"It's like someone's hurting, someone that you love, and you can't do anything about it," he said. "You physically cannot help," but joked that he's "still not helping" with the baby out and mentions that "men are useless but we are really useless during this."

Dewan-Tatum gave birth to baby Everly on May 31 in London. The couple first met when they starred in the 2006 film "Step Up" and married in 2009. They announced in late 2012 that their were expecting their first child together.
