The Kardashians have gone radio silent in the run-up to season 10 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
No member of the reality show family, Kardashian or Jenner, will promote the upcoming season, according to TMZ. They want to give no more press to Bruce Jenner's unconfirmed sex change for several reasons.
The family wants his transition revealed on their E! show, "which will absolutely address it," according to TMZ. Bruce also wants full control over the announcement. He will share his own story in a new docuseries set to air as early as May, after "KUWTK" wraps up its latest season.
Bruce has not spoken out about his transition, but numerous reports say the former Olympian is happy and ready to make his announcement soon.
"Bruce is transitioning to a woman," a source close to the family told People. "He is finally happy and his family is accepting of what he's doing. He's in such a great space. That's why it's the perfect time."
His new docuseries will air just as soon as "he is ready to be open about his transition," another source told People. "But he's acting more and more confident and seems very happy."
The tenth season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" premieres on Sunday, Feb. 8 on E!
