Shia LaBeouf's Love Letter to Sia at Grammys Was Written by Singer's Husband (VIDEO)

Was anyone else was left confused by Shia LaBeouf poem at the Grammy's?

Us Weekly reported that LaBeouf's written introductoin prior to Sia's performance of "Chandelier" on Sunday night was actually a love letter from the singer's husband Erik Anders Lang.

"What Shia read to introduce Sia wasn't actually a poem," a source told Us Weekly after the show. "It was a love letter from Sia's husband! Erik (Sia's husband) and Shia conspired together and did this as a gift to Sia. She was completely surprised and had no idea."

However, since Sia faced the wall during her entire performance viewers were unable to see her reaction to the beautiful love letter. According to Us Weekly, the singer and her husband, who is a filmmaker, tied the knot at her property in Palm Springs, Calif in this past summer.

The letter read, "For Sia: I feel like this may be strange to say this here. I love you so. Punch me if I stop crying. I raised a white flag for you, defeated finally. If strength were made of broken pieces, you and I would always win. It is, though, and building and statues wink at us. I could squeeze you to zero. I'll never know another. What am I going to do? Punch me if I stop crying, and I'll do the same. Love, Erik."

Sia gave the spotlight to dancer Maddie Ziegler and surprise guest actress Kristen Wiig, who danced across a messy apartment backdrop, during the performance. Ziegler also appeared alongside LaBeouf in Sia's "Elastic Heart" video.
