It's been less than a week since Jessica Simpson has given birth to her second child, Ace Knute, but she is reportedly already thinking about tying-the-knot with fiancé Eric Johnson. The couple has been engaged since 2010 and already pushed their wedding date back twice due to unplanned pregnancy announcements. Before she gets married though, Simpson wants to lose all her baby weight first, the Daily Mail reports.
The singer admitted that after giving birth to Ace she is ready to begin working out because has to wait for the doctor's order.
"Whenever the doctors give me the go-ahead, I'll start training," Simpson told People magazine. "I'm anxious to have my body back for myself, but I have to be patient. I don't know how long it's going to take, but I'm planning on working hard."
Following the birth of the first child, Maxwell, the "Fashion Star" judge joined Weight Watchers as a spokeswoman. Not long after signing up with the company and appearing in her first commercial, she revealed that was expecting another baby. A close friend of Simpson's told US Weekly that the singer was treating this pregnancy a lot different than her first. She hired a chef to make her nutritious meals and was watching what she ate.
"The chef is there all day," the friend told the magazine. "Jessica eats things like egg whites and sausage. It's healthier."
In March on the Ellen DeGeneres show, she revealed that while she was pregnant with Maxwell she ate whatever she felt like but was not doing that this time.
"The first pregnancy, I like, let loose and I kind of ate everything that I wanted to eat and I just really enjoyed it," Simpson said. "This time around I think because I was doing Weight Watches and I felt super healthy I'm not really craving as much as I know how hard it is to get off, so I'm trying to make healthier, wiser decisions."
