Even though Miley Cyrus thinks she is pretty good at twerking, rapper Jay Z doesn't and used his newest song "Somewhereinamerica" to mock the pop singer, the Daily Mail reports. The song will appear on his upcoming and highly anticipated album "Magna Carta Holy Grail."
"When I was talking Instagram/Last thing you wanted was your picture snapped/Feds still lurking/They see I'm still putting work in/Cause somewhereinamerica/Miley Cyrus is still twerkin; ha!" Jay Z raps. He then adds, "Twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk/Twerk, Miley, Miley, twerk/Twerk, twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley, twerk/Twerk, yeah, uh-huh/Twerk, Miley. Miley, Miley/Only in America."
True to his style, the rapper doesn't come right out and say he isn't a fan of the pop singer's booty shaking dance but it is speculated that he was definitely laughing at Cyrus and not with her. The "We Can't Stop" singer took to Twitter to post about the rapper's new song writing "Somewhere in America a Jay Z song is onnnnnnn. That's a win win forrrrrrr me." It looks like Cyrus could care less that the "Empire State of Mind" rapper is making fun of her.
The former Disney Star recently told Ryan Seacrest that she thought she was good at twerking and had been practicing for a while to really perfect the dance.
"I can't believe how many people think I'm good at twerking - which is dope - like my life goal has been accomplished," she told Seacrest. "You can't really explain [twerking]. It's something that comes naturally... It's a lot of body action."
"I've been practicing probably for the last two years, in my own time in my own living room," she added.
Jay Z's album has been getting a lot of buzz and is expected to be a huge hit for his fans. He recently released an early copy to users who had Samsung phones and will also be doing a free concert in Times Square atop the iconic Ed Sullivan Theater following his appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman." The outdoor concert, which takes place July 8, is a part of the promotional campaign for the worldwide release of "Magna Carta Holy Grail."
