‘AHS: Freak Show’ Star Ben Woolf in Critical Condition After Being Struck by Car [REPORT]

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" star Ben Woolf is reportedly in critical condition at a Los Angeles hospital after he was struck by a car Thursday night. According to TMZ, the 4'4 actor was reportedly walking across a Hollywood street when he was hit in the head by a passing SUV's side mirror.

Woolf, who played Meep in "Freak Show," was immediately taken to a nearby hospital and is currently in the intensive care unit. TMZ reports that the driver of the SUV was not charged because Woolf was allegedly not walking in the crosswalk.

Woolf is best known for his role as Meep, the Greek performer in Elsa Mars' (Jessica Lange) freak show who was murdered after Dell framed him for murder. The actor also had a role in "American Horror Story: Murder House" as Thaddeus Montgomery, aka The Infantata.

Woolf previously starred in a few TV movies including "Dead In Kansas," "Unlucky Charms" and "Haunting Charles Manson."

"American Horror Story" was renewed for a fifth season, but a cast has not been announced.
