Jaime King is going to be a mommy of two.
The 35-year-old "Hart of Dixie" actress is expecting her second child with her director husband Kyle Newman. King took to Instagram Thursday to reveal the exciting news, posting a photo of her 16-month-old son James-Knight, blowing bubbles with a sign that reads, "I'm gonna be a big brother! Who da boss now I'm so excited!!!!!"
"So excited to announce THE SEQUEL Coming later this year!! #BabyTown2 - Created by @kyle_newman and @jaime_king. Also starring #JamesKnight," the actress captioned the photo. Her husband added, "So thrilled to announce we are having another baby."
King and Newman tied the knot in Nov. 2007 after meeting on the set of the movie "Fanboy" two years prior. In Oct. 2013, the couple welcomed their first child together after spending several years trying to conceive and suffering five miscarriages.
Last year, King opened up on Instagram about her struggle to become a mother, after suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and endometriosis. The actress revealed she went through five rounds of in vitro fertilization before she became pregnant with her son.
"For all the struggling women & moms out there that think they are alone - This is the truth about conceiving my son and struggles after 8 yrs of pain and undiagnosed PSOC [Polycystic ovary syndrome] & Endometriosis," she wrote. "9 doctors until Dr. Randy Harris diagnosed me & saved my life from a severe ectopic, 5 miscarriages, 5 rounds of IVF [In vitro fertilization], 26 IUIs [Intrauterine insemination], most with no outcome, 4 1/2 years of trying to conceive."
She continued, "26 hours of brutal labor, early delivery b/c of sudden preeclampsia, tearing and tearing after the stitches were in once I was home, milk supply issues, painful mastitis, uncontrollable crying while breastfeeding, worked until the day before I [gave] birth and went back after 6 weeks after because I was afraid of letting others down."
