U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry called Russia out for supporting separatists in eastern Ukraine while simultaneously leading an effort with the United Nations. Kerry said the United States is certain about Russia's involvement.
Moscow denies providing any aid and said any Russians involved are "volunteers," according to BBC.
Kerry and British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond have been in meetings in London discussing new sanctions against Russia.
