India faces Sri Lanka on Tuesday in Match 6 of the 2013 Tri-Series. The match begins at 9:30 a.m. ET (19:00 IST). Watch the live stream HERE or HERE.
India meets Sri Lanka for the sixth and final group-stage match in the tournament, CricketCountry.com reports. Virat Kohli and his Indian squad need to defeat Sri Lanka to have a chance at claiming second-place in the group. Kohli's prowess with the bat makes him a force to be reckoned with. Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan, the new openers, are continuing their success from the ICC Champions Trophy in June, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar has bowled well thus far.
India will be without its captain, MS Dhoni.
Sri Lanka, meanwhile, enters Match 6 with the confidence of having routed India in the pair's previous meeting in the series. Upal Tharanga has played great, including smashing an unbeaten 174. Sri Lanka's play is also bolstered by veterans Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene - they both traditionally play well against India.
The squad's only weakness so far has been its bowling. A big game from Lasith Malinga should alleviate some of the concern.
Despite two losses, India has kept alive in the tournament. Sri Lanka has been inconsistent, going hot and cold at times. Regardless, Sri Lanka has beaten the Indian squad during the 2013 Tri-Series.
