The Samsung Galaxy S6 is considered by many to be the big phone of the next quarter. The so-called successor to the Galaxy S5 has been analyzed, and many rumors have come out about the device. But what should we expect the Galaxy S6 to feature?
It turns out that Samsung has built a distinct website designed to fuel the rumors. The site, titled "Is This The Next?," promotes four particular rumors. These include the phone having forward facing stereo speakers, the phone being durable, the screen display reaching to three sides, and a larger display. All four rumors seem to originate from the fact that other competitors have incorporated such features into their phones. The rumors also seem fairly possible, though the crazy designs that accompany each design are quite absurd.
All four rumors seem to come from within Samsung. For example, the three-sided screen was basically confirmed when Samsung CEO tweeted a link to the rumor.
While this site seems to be a promotional stunt to build hype for upcoming S6 announcement next Monday, it also provides confirmation for the four rumors that it points to.
This isn't the only campaign building hype for the upcoming Galaxy S6 reveal. T-Mobile also posted an ad campaign building hype for the Samsung S6's "six appeal". They also recently ran the "#thenextgalaxy campaign, which hinted at a curved screen on the S6.
