"How to Get Away With Murder" star Charlie Weber is engaged.
The 36-year-old actor and former model revealed that he proposed to his longtime girlfriend several months ago during an appearance Tuesday on NBC'S "The Steve Harvey Show."
"After we shot the ['How to Get Away with Murder'] pilot in Philadelphia, I came home and proposed to my girlfriend," Weber said. "I did it. We've been engaged for just under a year, and I'm taking her to Bora Bora."
He added, "I don't think I've ever said that publicly."
The actor told Harvey that he prefers to shower his fiancée with the simple things, saying, "For me, I like to keep it simple and I like to cook a real nice dinner and just a nice bottle of wine. Two people alone, together, in a nice intimate setting and that's what I like to do."
Weber's fiancée isn't the only woman in his life, as the Missouri-born star also revealed that he has 10-year-old daughter.
"I'm trying to keep her my baby for as long as I possibly can. She's still my little angel. We'll see how long that lasts, but right now all is well," Weber said, adding, "Hopefully the characters I play get enough of a reputation that it carries over to my personal life. You've got to find that place inside you to bring that sort of person to life."
Weber currently stars as Frank Delfino on ABC's hit legal drama series "How to Get Away with Murder." He has also had a recurring role on the WB drama series "Everwood," MTV comedy drama series "Underemployed" and the drama series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
