'America's Next Top Model' Contestant Mirjana Puhar Killed In Triple Homicide

Former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Mirjana Puhar was found dead in a triple homicide at her boyfriend's home in Charlotte, N.C.

According to TMZ, the 19-year-old model was shot and killed Tuesday, alongside victims Jonathan Alvarado, 23, who was Puhar's boyfriend, and his 21-year-old roommate, Jusmar Gonzaga-Garcia. A friend close to Puhar reportedly called the police after finding the deceased victims.

Police arrested Emmanuel Jesus Rangel, 19, on Wednesday and charged him with three counts of first-degree murder. He will remain in police custody. Law officials are investigating on whether the killings were drug-related. Sources claimed that the victims knew their killer.

Source close to Puhar told media outlets that she was only dating Alvarado for a few months and had recently decided to move in with him.

Puhar competed on cycle 21 of "America's Next Top Model," but was eliminated in episode 10.
