Nicki Minaj Joins Instagram, Opens Up About Motherhood In Marie Claire Interview (PHOTOS)

Nicki Minaj has finally joined Instagram in hopes of putting fake accounts to rest—and she's has been sharing some completely over-the-top pics.

"I do NOT have Instagram. OnikaM is NOT me," the starlet initially tweeted. "Guess I have to make a real one to counter attack. I'm sure that's why Instagram won't delete it."

The always outspoken singer has shared some pretty scandalous posts since activating the account on July 5, including a pic of her grinding on some exotic dancers with the caption: "I endorse these strippers."

While the pics may totally match with the rapper's musical persona, Minaj recently opened up to Marie Claire about her chance to show what she was really like as a person during her time as a judge on "American Idol."

"The perception that people had of me completely changed because there are no cue cards, there's no script, it wasn't me performing a song. It was, 'Let's see your real personality,'" she said in the August issue, out July 16. "My core is a genuine human being who roots for other people. I didn't want to blow smoke up their ass. I wanted every contestant to leave with something that they could remember."

Minaj, who won't be returning to "Idol" next season, also opened up about her future, admitting that she would eventually love to have children.

"I was praying every day, 'You know what, Lord? I want to be a mom one day, and I want to start becoming the woman who I want to parent my child,'" she said of her mindset during her successful world tour. "I wanted all of the feelings of entitlement to leave me, because some people have this life for a year or five or 10 - and a lot of them lose it. I didn't want to become a person who wasn't enjoying the moment."
