Sri Lanka is fourth in the Pool A standings with a 3-2 record after Sunday's 64-run loss to Australia. Sri Lanka had a solid offensive effort, with Kumar Sangakkara leading the team with 104 runs and Tillakaratne Dilshan and Dinesh Chandimal each scoring 62 and 52 runs, respectively, but the team struggled on the bowling front and managed to take only seven wickets.

Scotland, meanwhile, is 0-4 and still looking for their first win of the tournament. Their latest defeat came on Thursday in a six-wicket loss to Bangladesh. Kyle Coetzer scored 156 runs, but the rest of Scotland's batsmen failed to get anything going. On the bowling front, Josh Davey had 10 outs and took two of the team's four total wickets.

"We've been in a couple of winning pisitions, and just maybe through lack of experience on playing at this stage, we've not been able to win those games," said Scotland skipper Preston Mommsen, via Cricbuzz.com.
