Joe Giudice swears he did not cheat on his now-incarcerated wife Teresa - star of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" - with a woman named Jamie Jackson.
HNGN previously reported that Giudice was doing well with taking care of the couple's four daughters, even though his wife's absence is "heavy on his heart."
InTouch recently published a cover story detailing Giudice's alleged affair with Jackson, but both parties involved are insisting that the cheating claims aren't true.
"No, I did not flirt with her. I did not make out with her, nothing happened between us," Giudice told Us in an exclusive interview. "Everything InTouch is saying that happened between us are lies."
Jackson echoed his sentiments: "I definitely never slept with him... Nothing happened with me and Joe, I didn't know him prior, nothing inappropriate happened at any time. We did not hook up, kiss, or anything more. I saw him at the two business meals and nothing more, it's all made up bulls---."
The tabloid magazine wrote that Giudice had an affair at a hotel just four weeks before his wife was due to start her 15-month prison sentence.
Jackson and Giudice revealed that they only met one another twice and the latest encounter occurred at a business dinner at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J.
The 42-year-old said Teresa was aware that he was in Atlantic City both times, but some "incriminating photos" were reportedly taken of Joe and Jamie during dinner, according to Us.
"I'm not sure [what] juicy photos they could get, we were just sitting at a table with others at a business dinner," Jackson said.
InTouch reported that the two "disappeared for 20 minutes" into a suite and Jackson came out "buttoning her blouse and crying hysterically"; Giudice said that this account "doesn't make any sense."
"They (InTouch) said they're putting the story out anyway," he said. "I guarantee you that nothing happened. They said they have a video of me in a bedroom? What are they talking about? They said I've been with this girl more than one time, it's not true. I met this girl twice and nothing went on."
The Bravo star is set to begin his 41-month sentence for mail, wire and tax fraud when his wife is released from the Danbury Federal Correction Institution before Christmas of next year, two months short of the total 15 months she was supposed to serve.
