Madonna revealed more details about being raped at 19-years-old during a radio interview with Howard Stern.
Madonna was raped shortly after she moved to New York City from Michigan. She told Stern she naively followed a man home when she asked him for money to make a call on a pay phone.
The "Like A Virgin" singer didn't speak about the attack until 2013.
"I was told if I wanted to press charges, I would [need] a physical examination and they were going to ask [me] all these personal questions," she explained to Stern. "You know, you've already been violated... It's just not worth it."
