A team of rescue workers saved the lives of nine two-week-old puppies from a Chile forest fire.
The workers found the puppies hiding, scared for their lives, in a hole in the ground. It took them 45 minutes to rescue all the pups, reported Independent.
After the puppies were saved they were reunited with their mother, Independent reported. The family is happy to be together again and will be looked after by emergency service volunteers.
As for the fire, 200 firefighters were out tending to the flames Monday morning. About 7,000 people were evacuated from their homes for safety precautions, reported Independent.
