NCAA Tournament 2015: HNGN Writers’ Brackets For March Madness – Kentucky, Wisconsin or Villanova?

The 2015 NCAA Tournament tips off on Thursday, and HNGN's sports writers have their brackets ready to go. May the most skilled - or the luckiest - man win.

Jordan -

* BSU/DAY = Dayton; BYU/MISS = BYU.

Biggest Surprise: Michigan State upsetting Virginia in the Round of 32 and reaching the Elite 8. The Spartans have been heating up at the right time, including a win over Maryland and a near-win against Wisconsin. Look for Izzo's team to come out sharp, limit the mental mistakes and make a nice little run into the Elite 8.

Biggest Surprise: Texas upsets Butler. Believe it or not, but UT is playing some pretty impressive ball right now and has notched wins against two ranked opponents this season. Something tells me sophomore guard Isaiah Taylor lights it up in the first round.

Cal -

* BSU/DAY = BSU.

Biggest Surprise: This really isn't all that big of a surprise, but I think Arizona finds its way past Wisconsin and Baylor to the Final Four. The Wildcats are now 31-3 after emerging victorious from the Pac-12 championship on Saturday. Stanley Johnson is one of the most talented two-way wings in the country, and he'll help helm Arizona past a bevy of up-tempo teams and on to Indy.

Thomas -

* BSU/DAY = BSU; BYU/MISS = BYU.

Biggest Surprise: Boise State will reach the Sweet 16. Although the Broncos have zero tournament wins in six total appearances, they have a balanced attack and the reigning Mountain West Conference Player of the Year in guard Derrick Marks. Boise has winnable games against Dayton, Providence and likely Oklahoma (assuming the Sooners beat Albany), and we all know a good backcourt can be a threat in the tournament.
