Demi Lovato celebrated her 3-year-anniversary of being sober over the weekend and credited her achievement to her boyfriend's support.
Lovato's boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama (commonly known as Fez from "That 70's Show"), was so proud of her milestone that he broke their usual private ways to gush about it on Instagram.
"It is now three years since you said: I am more important then any past, demon, disorder or addiction," Valderrama captioned on a picture of a sunset. "Where you decided that YOUR life was worth living while loving yourself.. And I'm sure glad you did... I knew then the woman you've become now.. I am proud and honor to be front row to see the world you are about to change. I love you Demi."
The couple's cuteness didn't stop there.
The next day (Monday) Lovato responded to his post with an adorable black and white picture of the couple kissing.
"I wish I could put into words how grateful I am for this man right here," Lovato wrote. "But my love has grown to a level that words could never possibly express how much this man completes me. He's loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved and with this day marking my third year sober... After sharing my ups, putting up with my downs and supporting my recovery... he still never takes credit and I want the world to know how incredible his soul is. I really wouldn't be alive today without him. I love you Wilmer."
Lovato went into rehab in late 2010 after struggling for years with drugs, alcoholism and an eating disorder.
She previously told Access Hollywood that she hit "rock bottom" inside a vodka-filled Sprite bottle one day at 9 a.m. when she was only 19-years-old.
"I had a moment where I was like, 'Oh my God... that is alcoholic behavior. [It's] no longer, I'm young and rebellious and out having fun, it was, wow, I'm one of those people...I gotta get my s*** together,'" Lovato told Access Hollywood in 2013.
