The Seattle Seahawks may have fallen short against the New England Patriots last month but they still remain the Super Bowl favorites for next season at 6-1.
Seattle lost two starters in free agency (cornerback Byron Maxwell and guard James Carpenter) while also shipping off center Max Unger this offseason. However, the team did net tight end Jimmy Graham in that trade and have most of their core players locked up to long-term contracts, easing any doubts oddsmakers may have had.
The Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots are second in the rankings, coming in at 7-1 odds.
Surprisingly, the Oakland Raiders made the biggest jump in the NFL, rising from 200-1 to 75-1. The team signed a handful of veterans this offseason such as Rodney Hudson, Nate Allen and Trent Richardson, yet largely missed out on the star players they were targeting.
The Tennessee Titans dropped the farthest, going from 100-1 to 200-1. The Saints also saw a dip in their chances, falling from 22-1 to 4-1.
