Amy's Kitchen Inc. is voluntarily recalling a variety of frozen meals due to a possible Listeria contamination.
The manufacturers are recalling 73,897 cases of select code dates and manufacturing codes of products, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reported. The infections is characterized by symptoms such as "high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea." Listeria can also cause miscarriages and stillbirths in pregnant women.
