Kingdom Hearts 3 Release Date: Top 5 Disney Worlds Fans May See in KH3 (TRAILER)

The Kingdom Hearts franchise has one of the most loyal fanbase of any game out there, and fans are excited to see the incorporation of new Disney world in the next game, but not so much Star Wars or Marvel.

Square Enix announced "Kingdom Hearts III" at E3 last June, and since then speculation about the involvement of Disney-owned franchises like Marvel and "Star Wars" has taken over the Internet.

Though the reactions to the franchise involvements are split down the middle, one thing is certain: fans want to see more Disney worlds. Square Enix has yet to set an official release date for the game.

Here are my top five picks for Disney films I'd like to see in the next game, in no particular order (see slide show):

1. Toy Story

It is an epic Disney franchise and we have yet to see Woody and Buzz Lightyear as Sora's allies. Being able to interact with the little green army men, or even have a level based in the Pizza Planet claw game machine excites me.

2. The Princess and The Frog

We cannot have a new "Kingdom Hearts" without incorporating a new Disney princess. The 2009 animated film follows princess Tiana's New Orleans adventures.

Heay.com explained it too perfectly: "The wild, party atmosphere would provide a colorful backdrop for more of Sora's new wordly travels. A huge boss fight against witch doctor Dr. Facilier would be the perfect end to the mission within this world."

3. Atlantis: The Lost Empire

I am surprised the city of Atlantis hasn't made it into the "Kingdom Hearts" franchise yet.

The visuals for the 2001 animated film were incredible, for the technology at the time, and remains one of the most understated Disney films. We need a new underwater world to explore, give Ariel a break.

4. Brave

No particular reason for this choice, other than Merida and her bow are too awesome!

5. Wreck-It Ralph

Including this Disney movie would definitely excite KH3 fans. The film pays homage to vintage video game characters, and shouts out the new guys in the process. It goes off the same idea as involving Tron in past "Kingdom Hearts" games.
