‘Full House’ And Netflix: Streaming Site Orders Reunion Series ‘Fuller House’

When you're lost out there and you're all alone... Netflix is waiting to carry you home.

Netflix has an ordered a 13-episode multi-cam continuation of "Full House" called "Fuller House," according to TVLine. The show will star Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. Tanner and Andrea Barber as her best friend, Kimmy Gibbler.

John Stamos, who played Uncle Jesse on the original ABC series, will serve as a producer. Guest appearances will likely include Stamos and his former co-stars Bob Saget, who played Danny Tanner, and Dave Coulier, who played Uncle Joey.

"Full House" creators Jeff Franklin and executive producers Thomas L. Miller and Robert L. Boyett are also behind the new project. The original cast also included Lori Loughlin (Rebecca Katsopolis née Donaldson), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), and twin sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen who both played the baby sister, Michelle Tanner.

The TGIF series ran for eight seasons on ABC before airing its final episode in 1995. The cast has reunited on and off-screen multiple times over the last 20 years. Stamos, Saget and Coulier have starred in Super Bowl commercials and participated a couple skits for "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."
