Climate Change 'Death Blow'? Does This New Study Smash Global Warming Hysteria?

The new study suggests that the atmosphere is less sensitive to carbon dioxide emissions that mainstream science believes and that carbon dioxide is less warming to the atmosphere than believed.

The study suggests that man-made emissions from burning fossil fuels - considered aerosols, along with natural aerosols like clouds - reflect solar energy, creating a cooling effect, thus offsetting the warming effects of the increased emissions.

The researchers wrote, "These findings suggest that aerosol radiative forcing is less negative and more certain than is commonly believed."

"Going forward we should expect less warming from future greenhouse gas emissions than climate models are projecting," wrote climate scientists Pat Michaels and Chip Knappenberger with the libertarian Cato Institute, according to the Daily Caller. Michaels and Knappenberger called the study a potential "death blow" to global warming hysteria.
