Giuliana Rancic wasn't always so lucky when it came to love.
In her new book, "Going Off Script: How I Survived a Crazy Childhood, Cancer, and Clooney's 32 On-Screen Rejections," the 40-year-old E! News correspondent revealed that her ex-boyfriend actor Jerry O'Connell cheated on her with Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell.
"I was being two-timed for one of the lesser Spices?" Rancic wrote in her new book (via Page Six), before recalling the actor's expression when she confronted him. "'Yeah, I know. I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened.' He has as much emotion as the customer-service representative who tells you your bags missed the flight."
Rancic continued to explain that O'Connell, whom she compares to Jekyll and Hyde, also flirted with his now-wife "X-Men 2" actress Rebecca Romijn while at Maxim's 100 Hottest Women Party in 2004.
"Little did I know he was in the VIP area, talking up Rebecca. As a prelude to feeling up Rebecca," she wrote in the book.
Rancic said that she eventually decided to confront him at home where he refused to let her in and ended their relationship by saying, "Things change, but you take care, OK?"
After they split up, O'Connell married Romijn in 2007, and the couple has 6-year-old twin daughters, Dolly and Charlie. Rancic married Bill Rancic in the same year and they have one child together, son Edward Duke, 2.
"Going Off Script: How I Survived a Crazy Childhood, Cancer, and Clooney's 32 On-Screen Rejections" hits bookshelves today (April 7).
