In this age of social media, It seems everyone gets “bored” in the middle of the night and takes "selfies"—including esteemed talk show hosts.
FOX News’ Geraldo Rivera recently posted a revealing selfie, according to the Daily Mail—and by recently I mean at 2 a.m. yesterday morning.
The picture accompanied a tweet which read, “70 is the new 50 (Erica and family are going to be so pissed…but at my age…).”
The photo shows Rivera almost naked, with only a small while towel placed in just the right spot. Oh, and he was wearing some pretty cool glasses as well.
Rivera’s selfie sparked reactions on two sides of the spectrum—utter revulsion and absolute approval.
His wife, Erica Michelle Levy, was on the latter end of the spectrum, recently telling E! Online that her spouse looked quite good in his risqué self-portrait.
“This is exactly the kind of thing that happens when I fall asleep first,“ she said. “Thank god we have towels in the bathroom. But I'm proud my husband looks so hot!”
A host of celebrity reaction would follow the tweet.

It seems Rivera learned from the mistake. He has since deleted the photo and later tweeted, “Note to self: no tweeting after 1am.”
For all our sakes, let’s hope it’s a lesson he stick to.
