Hillary Clinton Will Run For President [REPORT]

The race for who will run the White house in 2016 is starting to heat up.

According to The New York Times, Hillary Clinton will announce her plan to try for the Democratic presidential nomination on Sunday. Business Insider reports that as soon as she makes the announcement, Clinton will begin traveling and campaigning on the road.

Clinton has been planning the run for some time now. Last week Politico reported that she signed a lease for a building in Brooklyn Heights that will be her campaign headquarters. Just days prior to that, The New York Times reported that Clinton hired multiple key staffers to gear up for her run.

CNN reported on Tuesday that a Clinton announcement was imminent and said her campaign will be different from when she failed to get the bid from her party in 2008. Back then, her campaign was seen as over-the-top. This time, her campaign will feature "No big crowds. Few soaring rallies. Less mention of her own ambitions," according to CNN.

Within her own party, Clinton will be up for a bid against former Virginia Senator Jim Webb and former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee, both of whom have launched 2016 presidential exploratory committees, according to Business Insider. Martin O'Malley, former governor of Maryland, may also announce soon.

For the Republicans, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) have both already announced their campaigns. Along with them, Business Insider reports that Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida) may make his campaign official as early as Monday.
