Scott Eastwood dropped a major bombshell in the saga of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's 2012 breakup.
Appearing on "Watch What Happens Live," Eastwood revealed his ex-girlfriend, Sara Leal, was one of the women that Kutcher spent the night with in October 2011 in San Diego while married to Moore. "The Longest Ride" star was dating Leal at the time of the incident.
"I think it was the catalyst that broke him and Demi up," Eastwood said on April 9.
Host Andy Cohen sat slack-jawed after the startling confession while fellow guest Jon Cryer, who co-starred with Kutcher on "Two and a Half Men," quickly grabbed for his drink.
The topic of Kutcher and Moore started when Cohen opened the phone lines to a caller who asked Cryer what it was like working with Kutcher since he also dated Moore for a short time. The 49-year-old actor admitted it was a little awkward but he and Kutcher quickly got over it.
Eastwood then tried to console Cryer, which led to the shocking story. Cryer visibly grew more and more uncomfortable as Eastwood continued spilling the sordid details.
The 29-year-old son of Clint Eastwood finished by saying he has no hard feelings for Kutcher.
Unfortunately for Eastwood, Kutcher may not feel the same way.
According to HollywoodLife.com, Kutcher is "livid that Scott would bring up his affair" and believes he did it to get publicity for his new movie, "The Longest Ride."
"Ashton himself never confirmed he had an affair, nor did he ever admit that was the reason for his break-up with Demi Moore," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "For Scott to come out and say that has left him furious because he likes to have his privacy."
It's a small world after all.
